Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Kustom QT Beauty reserves the right to delay shipment if additional payment verification or fraud prevention measures are required.
Shipping Timeframes
Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and carrier performance.

Shipping Rates

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Kustom QT Beauty is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to:

Customer entry errors
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the package can be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Kustom QT Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers should:

While we may assist customers in locating packages, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect packages immediately upon delivery.
If a package arrives damaged, customers must notify Kustom QT Beauty within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kustomqtbeauty@gmail.com.

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the recipient and returned to Kustom QT Beauty may be subject to:

International Orders

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
