Refund & Return Policy

At Kustom QT Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products and exceptional customer service. To ensure fairness and maintain product quality standards, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be new, unused, unopened, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, seals, accessories, and promotional items must be included.

  • The item must not show any signs of use, installation, styling, washing, alteration, damage, or tampering.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Kustom QT Beauty reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged due to shipping or are received in error:

  • Opened beauty products

  • Opened cosmetics and makeup products

  • Opened skincare products

  • Customized products

  • Colored, altered, cut, or modified products

  • Special-order products

  • Clearance items

  • Sale items marked "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or seals

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, installation, styling, washing, brushing, combing, cutting, coloring, or alteration

Hair products, including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, extensions, toppers, and hairpieces, may be returned only if they remain completely unused, unworn, uninstalled, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and security seals intact.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, defective, or if an incorrect item is received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kustomqtbeauty@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of:

    • The product

    • The shipping box

    • The shipping label

    • Any visible damage

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Approved claims may be resolved through:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

The resolution offered will be determined at the sole discretion of Kustom QT Beauty.

Refund Approval Process

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

Refunds will only be issued when:

  • The item meets all return eligibility requirements.

  • The item is received and successfully inspected.

  • The return request was submitted within the required timeframe.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Shipping damage

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item sent by Kustom QT Beauty

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Kustom QT Beauty is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Failure to collect packages

  • Undeliverable addresses

may be subject to shipping charges, restocking fees, and other applicable costs, which may be deducted from any approved refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Kustom QT Beauty before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the issue.

Kustom QT Beauty reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks using available documentation, including:

  • Tracking information

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Order records

  • Customer communications

  • Photographs

  • Carrier documentation

Limitation of Liability

Kustom QT Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Product misuse

  • Improper installation or application

  • Improper storage

  • Customer-caused damage

  • Normal variations in color, texture, curl pattern, density, or appearance

  • Differences caused by screen settings, lighting, photography, or monitor displays

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions before making a purchase.

Policy Changes

Kustom QT Beauty reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
